Same Day Flower Delivery to London
In order to ensure a speedy delivery of your order, please ensure you have included the full name, address details, including accurate postcode and telephone number of the intended recipient. You must also provide your daytime telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, hospitals and offices. In such cases, the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall constitute proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
We remind you that flowers are perishable items and advise you to select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for on arrival. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the flowers will either be left at their door or reception, with a neighbour or returned to us. It remains solely your responsibility to ensure the delivery address for the recipient is current and correct and to ascertain that the recipient is available to take delivery of the flowers at the delivery address, unless specific alternative delivery arrangements have been agreed with us. It is not our policy to call before delivery. In case of any delivery problems, we will contact the sender by phone or e-mail, please ensure that you provide us with a valid contact telephone number and email address.
To help us deliver flowers, we would welcome any additional delivery instructions at the time of ordering. Hand-tied flower arrangements are generally delivered in an aqua pack however we strongly recommend that the flowers are put in a vase immediately upon arrival and that the recipient follow the flower care instructions enclosed with the flowers.

Same day flower delivery in London
We can guarantee same-day delivery for orders to Central London if your order is placed by 11 am. Same-day delivery of orders placed after this time is by mutual agreement. There is a small additional charge for morning, specific time and Saturday delivery.
UK delivery and International delivery
We only organise deliveries of flowers within the UK. We do not deliver to non UK addresses. For same day UK deliveries, orders must be placed before 11 am.
